I strive to provide the safest service possible, due to the length of time and nature of the majority of our treatments and keeping health and safety of our clients top priority we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.

Policies
Late | Cancellation | No Show
CB Skin & Cosmetic Ink recognizes that everyones time is valuable. We respect your time and we kindly ask that you respect ours.

Arriving late to your appointment may result in the service being modified or re-scheduled and appropriate fees will apply.

We ask that you give a minimum of 24hrs notice if you are unable to to keep your scheduled appointment time. Without providing proper notice, no showing your appointment or canceling within 24hrs this will result in a charge of half the treatment(s) price. This fee must be paid in order to keep or book any future appointments.

If an appointment is booked within the 24hr time frame the policy becomes effective immediately.

Repeated no shows or late cancellations can result in being terminated as a client with CB Skin & Cosmetic Ink.

A no show is considered when a client is not present for an appointment more than than 10 min past the start time.

Reminder Calls/Texts/Emails are a courtesy, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment day and time.
We understand that life happens to all of us and emergencies can arise that prevent 24hrs notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients are given one(1) grace appointment a year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no shows. We respect your time and are committed to providing you with the best service possible and we appreciate your business.
